需安裝臨邊防護欄的場合：

Circumstances where edge guard rails need to be installed:

1、在基坑周邊、未安裝護欄的陽臺、料臺、雨棚、挑平臺周邊、無外腳手架的屋面、樓層周邊及水箱周邊等，都需要安裝臨邊防護欄。

1. Edge guard rails shall be installed around the foundation pit, balcony without guardrail, material platform, canopy, cantilever platform, roof without external scaffold, floor and water tank.

2、在分層施工的樓梯口與梯段邊，都需要安裝臨邊防護欄，的樓梯口也應在施工臨近時安裝正式的防護欄桿。

臨邊防護欄使用要求：

一、臨邊防護欄需采用工具化和定型化，規(guī)格尺寸以及連接方式應符合相關要求。

1、 The edge guard rails shall be toolized and stereotyped, and the specifications, dimensions and connection methods shall meet relevant requirements.

二、防護欄由上下橫桿、邊框以及內豎管或網片焊接而成，上桿離地1.1-1.2m，下桿離地0.5-0.6m，當橫桿長度達到2m以上時，需要加設專用立柱。

2、 The protective fence is welded by upper and lower cross bars, frames and inner vertical pipes or meshes. The upper bar is 1.1-1.2m above the ground, and the lower bar is 0.5-0.6m above the ground. When the length of the cross bar reaches more than 2m, special columns need to be added.

三、防護欄需自上而下加設密網封閉，在欄桿下部應設置高度18cm以上的擋腳板，擋腳板刷紅白或黑黃相間的條形警示漆。

3、 The protective fence shall be sealed with a safety net from top to bottom. A toe board with a height of more than 18cm shall be set at the lower part of the fence. The toe board shall be painted with red white or black yellow strip warning paint.

四、防護欄安裝固定需牢固，欄面與橫桿的連接應能承受來自任何方向1000N的外力沖擊。等等。
